Our approach

What to expect from us

Clear communication, realistic goals and a role you understand. No unexplained jargon and no mystery about the next step.

01 · Explain

You should understand your plan

We explain what the evaluation found, what the therapy plan involves and what you can reasonably expect, including its limits.

02 · Do the work together

Active treatment, not passive waiting

Sessions combine guided exercise with hands-on techniques where appropriate. You leave knowing what to do between visits.

03 · Reassess

Adjust the plan when needed

Progress is reviewed regularly. If something is not improving, the plan is discussed and adjusted rather than repeated unchanged.
